We are going to be starting both Tennis and Golf here at Elfers Christian!!! Would you know of anyone that may be interested in coaching or helping with either of these programs?? Please call the school office or see Ray Schurr if you are interested. We are so excited about how God is working to expand our sports program. Tuesday, February 9th is Picture Day for:

Class pictures: Photos are $10.00 each. Order forms were sent home with the students or you can pick one up in the front office. Please make sure that all students are in dress code.

Basketball pictures: Order forms can be picked up in the Family Life Center. You may wear your basketball uniform to school, but please bring school clothes to change in to.

It's that time of year for chocolate and we are kicking off our World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser. Here is what you need to know: The fundraiser begins Wednesday, February 4th and will end on Wednesday, February 17th. The person who sells the most chocolate wins 100 dollars!!! Second place wins $50 and third place wins $25! Any student who sells an entire box of chocolate by the first week will be able to go one week without wearing their school uniform!!! There is also a CiCi's pizza trip being awarded to the class who sells the most chocolate. AND best of all.....if we sell all 125 boxes of chocolate, Mr. Foster will shave his head completely BALD!!!! We definitely don't want to miss that!!!!

You can pick up a box of chocolate from the front office. Please be aware that once you "sign" for a box of chocolate, it becomes your responsibility that the entire box is sold. You cannot return any chocolate once the box has been opened. All money must be turned in by February 18th.

This fundraiser benefits the entire school and we appreciate your support and participation. Please call the school office if you have any questions.

We have some new dates that have just been released:

April 30th - School Production (there will be a matinee show for K-5th grades and an evening production for friends and family)

May 7th - Prom for 9th-12th grades

June 4th - End of year field trip for 2nd - 5th grades

June 7th - End of year field trip for Kindergarten and 1st

June ?? - End of year field trip for Middle and High School (date still under construction...)

More information will be coming for each of these events as the dates become closer......
